Browder asks for recusal of Swiss Magnitsky investigator
Bill Browder, CEO of Hermitage Capital Management, tells CNNMoney Switzerland that he asked for the recusal of the Swiss prosecutor responsible for alleged money laundering in the Magnitsky case. He says the dismissal of an agent involved in the Swiss investigation after an unauthorized visit to Moscow in December 2016 has raised concerns of outside interference in the probe. Asked for a response, the Swiss Federal Prosecutor told CNNMoney Switzerland that the investigation was ongoing, while the Federal Criminal Court said it does not share information on open cases.
