Employees in Switzerland generally adore their jobs, and not necessarily because of their remuneration. EY conducted a survey that confirms this satisfaction. Nonetheless, the answers also point out some concerns for the future life of work.
EY has partnered several major industry players to create a digital platform that allows all distributors along the value chain to trade products in real-time.
